Book me as your personal guide and get the most of your trip to Prague.

Old Town is located in the city centre on the right river bank. There is a large number of historical and well preserved sights you will explore during my tour.

The core of the Old Town is represented by the Old Town Square that used to be a main market since the 10th century according to first written mention about Prague.

Old Town Square is famous for the renowned mediaeval Astronomical Clock popular for its hourly show of moving sculptures of Apostles and alegorical staues.

There is a Royal (Coronation) Way which begins at the Powder Gate and continues through Old Town Square, Karlova Street to the Charles Bridge which connects Old Town with other historical quarter called Lesser Town (or Little Quarter).

Other splendid sights worth seeing are the Gothic church of Our Lady in front of Týn, Baroque church of St. Nicholas, Týn School with the Venice Renaissance gables, the Gothic House at the Stone Bell (with the City Gallery of Prague) and a bit hidden Ungelt (Týn), an enclosed court which used to serve to foreign traders in the past.

Old Town is really rich with historical buildings so I would like to mention the fisrt university in the Central Europe – Charles University, the Estate Theatre, the place of the premier of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart opera Don Giovanni in 1878 or world unique architecture curiosity the cubist House at the Black Madonna.

Old Town also surrounds the Jewish Quarter.
